Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers on social media channels, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Monitor social media trends and customer feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service or social media management is preferred.
