This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy assisting customers in navigating digital financial services. You will provide exceptional support in Dutch, ensuring clients have a seamless experience with their digital wallet services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries related to digital wallet services, account management, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Provide detailed information about features, benefits, and security protocols to enhance customer understanding.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting and problem resolution with their digital wallets.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate solutions and support.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in digital payment solutions to better assist customers.
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the fintech or digital wallet sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital payment technologies is a plus.
- Willingness to work adaptable hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
