This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about high-quality appliances and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the voice of the brand, assisting customers in Dutch and ensuring they have a delightful experience with our premium products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer inquiries regarding premium appliances, including product features, warranty issues, and troubleshooting, via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Provide expert advice and assistance to customers, enhancing their understanding of product usage and maintenance.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical problems efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.




- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and address recurring issues.
- Stay updated on new product launches, features, and industry trends to provide informed support.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the appliance or retail industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a warm and engaging demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A genuine interest in high-quality appliances and technology.
- Proficient in using customer service software and CRM tools.
- Willingness to work versátil hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
