Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch, assisting clients with inquiries and providing tailored support.
- Communicate brand stories and product details effectively to engage and inform customers.
- Process orders, manage inquiries, and ensure comprehensive after-sales support.
- Address customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to foster customer satisfaction and promote brand loyalty.




- Stay updated on the latest trends in the luxury sector to inform and assist customers.

- Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in luxury retail or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Genuine passion for luxury brands and a solid understanding of the luxury retail landscape.
- Willingness to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand with a fully paid relocation package.
