In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging with candidates for various job openings, utilizing your Finnish language skills. Responsibilities

- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and reaching out to potential candidates for diverse positions.
- Communicate effectively with candidates in Finnish through various channels such as phone, email, and social media.
- Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and track recruitment progress in our database.
- Collaborate with experienced recruiters and hiring managers to learn about job requirements and industry needs.




- Participate in training sessions designed to enhance your skills and knowledge in recruitment.
- Stay informed about recruitment best practices and trends in the job market.

- Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- No previous experience in recruitment is required; a willingness to learn and grow is highly valued.
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates.
- Interest in recruitment processes and a desire to develop your career in this field.
- Comfortable using social media and online platforms for recruitment purposes.
