Job Description: Junior Campaign Specialist - Dutch Market (Hybrid, Barcelona)

We are seeking a Junior Campaign Specialist for the Dutch market to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. This is a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility between working from home and the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Achieve productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Create compelling proposals and pitch ideas over the phone and email.
- Maintain high levels of client interaction and customer service.

Requirements:

- Native or C2 level Dutch with a B2 level of English.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.




- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Client-focused with a passion for customer interaction and business goal ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:

- BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
