In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, moderating, and managing Polish-language user-generated content, ensuring compliance with our community standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Polish to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
- Classify and assess content based on established moderation criteria.
- Identify and escalate inappropriate content or violations in accordance with company policies.
- Provide insightful feedback on content trends and community engagement to improve moderation strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance overall moderation effectiveness.




- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company guidelines and industry best practices in content moderation.

- Fluent in Polish (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.
- Previous experience in content moderation or related fields is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to apply moderation guidelines consistently.
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating moderation decisions clearly.
- Ability to navigate sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and moderation tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
