As a customer service representative, you will assist clients in Polish, helping them with their inquiries related to imaging products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries related to imaging solutions, including product specifications, technical support, and order processing via phone, email, and chat in Polish.
- Provide detailed information about imaging products, features, and available services to clients.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and offer solutions effectively.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring all inquiries are logged for future reference.
- Collaborate with technical support and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.




- Stay informed about new imaging technologies and products to provide current and relevant assistance to customers.

- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
