You will be the first point of contact for Polish-speaking players, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with Riot Games' titles.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional player support to Polish-speaking customers through various channels, including chat, email, and phone.
- Assist players with game-related inquiries, technical issues, and account management.
- Resolve player concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive gaming experience.
- Document player interactions and feedback accurately to contribute to continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with game developers and community teams to provide player insights and feedback.
- Stay updated on game titles, features,



and industry trends to offer informed support.

- Fluency in Polish (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer support or player support roles is preferred, ideally in the gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of gaming culture and familiarity with Riot Games' titles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions to players.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria and adapt to a new environment.
