Responsibilities

- Assist Portuguese-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.
- Provide detailed information about products and services, as well as support for order management and troubleshooting.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system for ongoing service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and contribute to a positive work environment.




- Stay informed on product updates and promotions to provide the best possible information to clients.

- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or retail sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and working knowledge of standard office software.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece with financial support for the relocation process.
