Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries related to FinTech products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Portuguese.
- Assist clients with account setup, transactions, and troubleshooting issues efficiently.
- Provide support and information on various financial solutions, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system to track customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and sales, to enhance the customer experience.




- Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide effective assistance.

- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the FinTech or financial industry.
