About the role

Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world,



they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do.

Were looking for a Platform Engineer to contribute to our core backend systems, from the event store to the underlying transactional infrastructure that other members of the Engineering team work on.

Whatever you ship at this layer ends up being used across the whole company, so a small improvement here can save a lot of time for the team later.

What youll be doing
- Building and scaling our core systems
- Writing high-throughput, concurrent code at production scale
- Working on problems that affect multiple teams across Engineering
- Reviewing code and helping other engineers with system design

What youll need
- 7+ years of backend engineering experience
- A bachelors degree in computer science, maths, physics, or similar field
- Production
