Key Responsibilities

- Assist Spanish-speaking clients with their banking inquiries, including account management, transactions, and product information.
- Provide clarity on the features and benefits of various banking products, including savings accounts, loans, and investment options.
- Support clients through the online banking platform, addressing any technical issues they may encounter.
- Document customer interactions and ensure that all information is accurately recorded in the CRM system.




- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on banking regulations and financial product offerings to provide well-informed advice.

- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
