Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Provide detailed product information and troubleshooting assistance for the betting app to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate as necessary.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service delivery and app functionality.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed support.




- Help create and maintain support documentation and FAQs to enhance customer self-service options.

- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to support.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- A keen interest in betting or gaming apps is advantageous.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple support requests simultaneously.
- Willingness to work versátil hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
