Your Responsibilities

- Engage with clients via inbound and outbound calls, identifying their needs and presenting customized solutions.
- Leverage your upselling and cross-selling skills to enhance client satisfaction and meet sales goals.
- Act as a trusted Account Manager, nurturing long-term relationships with key clients.
- Address customer concerns and provide seamless support with precision and professionalism.
- Track and document sales activities,



ensuring targets are met and processes run smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

- Languages: Fluency in LATAM Spanish (C1+) and English (B2 or higher).
- Sales Experience: At least one year of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in cold calling and upselling.
- Tech Enthusiasm: A keen interest in the technology sector.
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Greek work permit.
- Availability: Able to start or relocate to Athens immediately.
