About the Role
Support children, adolescents, or adults in residential care by providing structure, stability, and encouragement. Youll be part of a multidisciplinary team working toward meaningful progress and improved wellbeing for each service user.

Responsibilities

- Implement personalised care plans and structured routines

- Provide emotional support and promote independence

- Assist with activities, education, and therapeutic programmes

- Maintain documentation and safeguarding guidelines

- Collaborate closely with senior staff and clinical teams

Requirements (Strict)

- EU or UK Passport holder OR valid Irish work permit

- Bachelors degree in Social Care

- Valid Drivers Licence

- Strong communication skills and resilience

- Full commitment to relocating to Ireland
