including onu2011site work when required.n * Work with Project Management and Sales to support scope changes, identify technical risks, and contribute to mitigation actions.n * Collaborate with Eaton technical teams and thirdu2011party partners to deliver project engineering outputs.n * Handle escalated Level 3 software support requests within the defined area of responsibility.n * Deliver technical presentations and support customer meetings, solution promotion, and training activities.n * Contribute to continuous improvement and standardisation of engineering processes and tools within the System Integration Services team.n * Participate in ongoing professional development, including safety and technical training.n * Travel as required for customer meetings, site visits, and project execution.nnnn## Qualifications and skills:nn * University degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Power Management, Automation, or a related discipline.n * Several years of handsu2011on engineering experience with power management systems, ideally within data centre or critical infrastructure environments.n * Working knowledge of power distribution systems, including MV/LV switchgear, transformers, UPS, and EPMS / DCIM solutions.n * Experience with power system automation software and energy or infrastructure management systems.n * Basic knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, network infrastructure, IEDs,
