Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Monitor and document patients’ conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families.




- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care.
- Maintain compliance with health regulations and high standards of care.

- NMC registration as a Registered Nurse is mandatory.
- Previous nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach are necessary.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Wales and adapt to a new healthcare setting.
- Proficient in managing patient care in high-pressure situations.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and patient records management.
