As our Rooftop Head Chef, you’ll craft dishes that match the vibe: bold, fresh and ready for long afternoons and late nights. You’ll shape a menu that plays perfectly with sunshine, cocktails and the buzz of our hub. Your kitchen will be a tight, motivated crew that thrives on teamwork and fast, fun service. You’ll work hand in hand with the Executive Chef to keep quality sharp and operations smooth while pushing creativity to new heights.

What You’ll Do

* Lead the rooftop kitchen team with confidence, energy and a hands-on attitude
* Build a vibrant rooftop menu made for sharing, sipping and long summer nights
* Oversee daily production, prep and service with a focus on speed and quality
* Maintain all hygiene and safety standards without compromise
* Manage stock, purchasing and supplier relations for a high-volume space
* Control food costs and track waste to keep the rooftop efficient and profitable
* Bring a guest-facing mindset and connect with guests whenever the moment calls
