ACCIONA Construction is looking for a Tower Manager (Pylon Construction Manager) to be based in the Philippines. The role will be responsible for leading the construction of the main bridge towers, which form the central structural elements supporting the cable-stayed bridge main span and adjacent rear spans. This position will ensure proper planning, coordination, progress monitoring and execution of the tower works in line with project schedule, technical requirements, quality standards and health & safety procedures.

Job Overview:

The Tower Manager (Pylon Construction Manager) is the section head responsible for the overall execution of the tower’s construction, from level +3.52 to tower head. This role involves strategic planning, coordination with design and engineering teams, progress monitoring, and high-level decision-making to keep the tower works aligned with the project schedule and technical requirements.

Reports To: Construction Manager Key Responsibilities:





Oversee all construction activities related to the tower section.

Coordinate with the Deputy Project Manager and Main Bridge Team.

Approve method statements, lifting plans, and work sequences for each tower lift.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Supervise subcontractor performance and resource allocation.

Report daily and weekly progress to the construction management team. Requirements:

Total Experience: 15 years in construction project (infra)

Experience in similar position in marine bridge construction: 10 years (Pylon Construction Manager, Tower Superintendent, Bridge Tower Superintendent, Tower Construction Manager, Area Construction Manager – Towers)

Strong technical knowledge of cable-stayed bridge tower construction.

Degree in Civil Engineering
