Job description

Team :

You will join the Account Management team of Click&Boat;, a business unit composed of an average of 25 people and divided into markets.

As part of your missions, you will join the Italian team and will report to the Senior Account Manager and to the two Account Managers. You will work closely with him and with your colleagues.

You will also work daily with the other business units of Click&Boat;, especially with the Sales, Customer Care, and Marketing team.

Missions:

- Onboarding new partners: You will be in charge of onboarding new private and professional partners in the Italian market and assist them throughout the creation of their listings and their platform engagement. The accounts you onboard will be part of your portfolio, the business performances of which you will monitor and be responsible for.

- Account Management: You will be in charge of developing the commercial relationships with our partners in the Italian market and you will closely follow the booking funnel from a B2B perspective, ultimately helping our partners to fully realize their business potential and maximizing the user experience.

- Business Operations:



You will be on the front line of conducting specific operations in the Italian Market with the goal to maximize the platform user experience and value for our partners. Your feedback and improvement suggestions will be also valued to constantly improve Click&Boat.;

- Acquisition : You will be responsible for acquiring new partners in the Italian Market.

Preferred experience

- Being able to communicate with customers, you master both Italian (native) and English (bilingual or fluent level);
- You have ideally a first experience (internship or student / summer job) in a customer facing role;
- Dynamic and at ease on the phone, you are an excellent commercial;
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, and are ready to join Click&Boat; adventure, being proactive and being involved in integral project.
