To accelerate our development, we are currently looking for a Office Manager Intern, so join us!

Your missions :

- Processing of new hires, terminations and contractual modifications in the internal management systems
- Management and parameterization of the time tracking system, as well as, direct contact point with the staff regarding calculation and management of vacations, permits and absences
- Coordination with the external prevention service
- Give support with payroll administration: collect all payroll-related information being the intermediary between the company and the Outsourced Payroll Provider to ensure there is clear communication between departments for efficient payroll service




- Management of the company´s social benefits

Who are you?

- Student in Business Administration, HR or Labor Relations preferred
- Demonstrable experience in payroll management and HR administrative procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and plan work
- High level of autonomy and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- English & Spanish fluent, French is a plus.
