What You’ll Do

* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in running day-to-day kitchen operations
* Lead sections during service and step in wherever the heat is on
* Keep food quality, portioning, and presentation sharp and consistent
* Coach and guide Commis Chefs and Stewards through hands-on leadership
* Execute dishes true to the concept and help roll out new menu items
* Plan prep and mise-en-place to keep service smooth and stress-free
* Manage stock rotation, reduce waste, and treat ingredients with respect
* Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully aligned with hygiene standards

What You’ll Have

* You bring 1–2 years of experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
* You have a solid background in modern, seasonal cook
