We're hiring: Technical Support Specialists (2 positions) — Elche, Spain

Do you enjoy solving real technical problems — not just tickets, but hands-on-with-the-machine problems? We're looking for two Technical Support Specialists to join our team in Elche.

You'll be the go-to expert for customers working with our precision equipment: installing and configuring devices, training end users, and troubleshooting milling machines, 3D printers, and CAD software — both on-site and over the phone.

Two roles, two language profiles (same responsibilities, different second language):

Position 1: English + German (fluent)

Position 2: English + Dutch (fluent)

What you'll do

- Install and configure devices at customer sites and in-house
- Deliver training and ongoing end-user support
- Install and diagnose issues on milling machines and 3D printers
- Test CAD systems and replicate reported software bugs
- Provide attentive customer care: manage inquiries, follow up proactively, and ensure a smooth,



positive experience at every touchpoint
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation

What we're looking for

- 1–3 years in technical/field support, installation, or similar hands-on roles
- Fluent English + fluent German or Dutch
- Comfortable with mechanical/electronic equipment
- Basic CAD familiarity (or eagerness to learn)
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and clear communicator
- Clear, patient communicator who enjoys helping people
- Willing to travel occasionally for on-site work
