Are you an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and complex transformation environments?
We’re looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join international M&A;, integration, separation and transition initiatives , working across business, IT and program leadership.
What you’ll do Map and analyze IT workflows and application interdependencies
Assess upstream/downstream impacts of system changes
Analyze AS-IS / TO-BE processes across O2C, Finance and Customer Service
Lead workshops, requirements sessions and stakeholder discussions
Define and execute UAT across complex multi-system environments
Support migration, separation and integration streams
Track risks, dependencies and transition milestones
What we’re looking for 8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst




Strong experience in IT workflow and application dependency mapping
Experience with system migration and/or integration projects
Strong end-to-end business process understanding
Experience in multi-system and multi-entity environments
Based in Madrid
Highly valued: Enterprise Architecture, APIs, middleware, interfaces and consulting/transformation experience, particularly PMI programs.
