We are currently looking for a Network Engineer (L1 / L2) professional to join our team in an on-site support role.

Work Mode: On-Site Employment Type: B2B / Freelance Contract Location: Algeciras, Spain Job Responsibilities * Provide Level 1/Level 2 support for network infrastructure and connectivity issues * Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN network performance * Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls * Diagnose network issues related to IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN * Assist in network installations, upgrades, and patching activities * Ensure network security and follow best practices * Support end-users with connectivity and access-related issues * Maintain network documentation and update configurations * Log, track,



and resolve incidents through the ticketing system * Escalate complex network issues to senior engineers/vendors * Ensure timely resolution as per SLA requirements Required Skills & Experience * 1–3 years of experience in Network Support / Network Engineering * Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) * Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper, etc.) * Basic knowledge of network security principles * Experience with VPN and remote access technologies * Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems * Relevant certifications (CCNA or equivalent) are a plus * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills * Good communication and customer-handling skills * Ability to work independently in an on-site environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
