We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to lead and oversee all facility operations at our Vadollano site.

This role will ensure the efficient, safe, and compliant management of infrastructure, supporting the company2019s transition towards manufacturing activities and continuous operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities: * Ensure Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) compliance across the site. * Manage day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and security. * Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal company requirements. * Act as the technical lead, coordinating infrastructure and new projects implementation. * Support the transition from warehouse to manufacturing operations. * Coordinate contractors,



facility services, and maintenance activities. * Manage utilities, equipment, and operational readiness. * Control the facility budget and monitor operational costs. * Drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and performance.

Requirements * Education: Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing or similar) * Experience: At least, 5 years of proven senior management experience in industrial or production environments * Languages: Spanish and English * IT Skills: MS Office, ATS #J-18808-Ljbffr
