* Proven experience managing and mentoring a large interior team.. * Highly organised with excellent administration and time management skills. * Previous shipyard or refit experience is advantageous. * Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, floristry and luxury hospitality. * Experience with interior management systems such as Pinpoint Works and Microsoft Office is essential. * A calm, approachable and professional leader with excellent communication skills. * They are offering a time-for-time rotational schedule, a competitive salary and bonus scheme. * To start ideally by the beginning of September #J-18808-Ljbffr
