This is an opportunity to join a flagship hyperscale data centre project in Zaragoza, where you'll play a key role in the commercial delivery of a landmark development while building your career within one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction.
Your new role As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll join an experienced commercial team working on the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre project.
Supporting the commercial management of a key construction package, you'll be involved from procurement through to final account, helping to drive commercial performance on a technically complex, high-value development.
Working alongside project managers, engineers and site teams, you'll gain exposure to world-class project delivery while developing your expertise within the mission-critical sector.

You'll: * Manage the commercial aspects of your work package from procurement through to final account. * Prepare valuations, variations and payment applications.
* Monitor project costs, budgets and commercial forecasts. * Review subcontractor accounts and manage commercial relationships. * Support contract administration and ensure commercial compliance. * Identify commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful project delivery. * Maintain accurate commercial reporting and documentation.
What you'll need to succeed * A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline. * Around 2–3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor. * Experience working on either MEP or CSA packages within construction projects. * Strong commercial awareness with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * The ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced project environment. * Spanish language skills highly advantageous What we're offering This is an opportunity to work on one of Europe's most significant hyperscale data centre developments while joining a contractor with a long-term pipeline of high-value projects.
