Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this role you will manage and grow Lightspeed’s accounts in Spain, focusing on Dutch-speaking clients. You’ll drive adoption of Lightspeed’s payments and software solutions and build long-term partnerships to maximize client success. You will identify opportunities for upsells and expansions while guiding customers to tailored, high-value solutions. This is a customer-success and revenue-growth role that combines relationship management with data-driven strategy in a fast-paced environment.Compensaciones / Ventajas
Drive adoption of Lightspeed Payments and software solutions across POS products, modules, and integrations.Serve as primary contact, fostering trusted, long-term client relationships and proactively supporting success.Guide account growth and upgrades to advanced solutions aligned with evolving business needs.Create revenue opportunities through upsells, cross-sells, and expansions.Deliver product demos and support adoption to maximize tool usage.Monitor account performance metrics (MRR, NRR, health, engagement).Manage churn and satisfaction, resolve issues,
