We are currently expanding our network and looking for Freelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors (m/f/d) on an on-call basis at Malaga Airport.

This is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation.

Your Role & Responsibilities: * When a significant flight disruption occurs (e.g., delays exceeding 3 hours), our operations team will contact you with all the details. * Respond on Short Notice: Travel to the Malaga Airport arrivals area when notified. * Inform Passengers: Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how Flight

Help can assist them. * Be a Reassuring Presence: Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm,



and professional manner. * (Note: No airport security clearance is required for this role).

What We Offer High Flexibility: * A completely adaptable schedule based on flight disruption events.

Work only when incidents occur and you are available.

Great Compensation: * €30 per assignment (each assignment lasts approximately 1 hour).

Full Expense Reimbursement: * Additional costs such as fuel, parking fees, or public transportation tickets are fully covered.
