What You'll Do Handle inbound reservation calls in Portuguese Assist customers with bookings and inquiries Deliver outstanding customer service Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience What We're Looking For Full professional fluency in Portuguese Advanced English Advanced Spanish Customer-oriented mindset Strong communication skills Previous customer service experience is a plus (not essential)



We're especially interested in candidates comfortable supporting customers from the Portuguese market and familiar with its language and communication style.
