Job Description:
- The Level 1 Fixed Access SPOC is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects related to level 1 fixed access . This includes ensuring effective operation, meeting organizational objectives, and managing relevant tasks and projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the level 1 fixed access team.
- Develop and implement strategies and policies for level 1 fixed access .
- Monitor performance and implement improvements.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- 8-5, rest on call mode of working (24 Hrs support)
- Single Point of Contact for customer for Technical program governance, Route cause analysis, meetings, reporting etc for Video domain

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in the Telco/IT field.




- Extensive experience in level 1 fixed access.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools: OLTs Nokia, OLTs Huawei, DSLAM Nokia, DSLAM Huawei.
- Spanish & English professional level speaking candidates
- NOC Operations experience is must (L1 Monitoring and L2 Support)
- Skills: OLTs Nokia, OLTs Huawei, DSLAM Nokia, DSLAM Huawei
