The Challenge

We’re looking for an Associate Solutions Engineer to join the Solutions Engineering team. In this role, you will help drive business development and sales growth by partnering with Account Executives on discovery,



tailored demos, customer evaluations, RFP/questionnaire support, and lightweight workflow or automation design. This is a high-growth role for someone who learns quickly, communicates clearly, and is excited to solve customer problems using technology and AI-enabled tools.

Your Mission
- Support customer-facing sales cycles through discovery, tailored demos, evaluations, and solution discussions.
- Help respond to customer questionnaires, RFPs, and technical information requests.
- Build simple workflows, automations, prototypes, or solution assets using tools such as OneTrust, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI tools, or similar platforms.
- Translate customer goals into clear solution approaches with guidance from senior teammates when needed.
- Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and other internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
