We're looking for a Video Editor to join our team full-time, working remotely across a range of client accounts. This is a hands-on editing role, you'll take raw footage and turn it into short-form content that holds attention and performs.
What You'll Do
• Edit 1-2 short-form videos per day for assigned client accounts (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok)
• Own the full edit, including pacing, sound design, captions, motion graphics, and color
• Work directly from creative briefs and internal style guides, adapting to each brand's tone
• Iterate quickly on feedback from the Head of Editors and client-side review rounds
• Maintain consistency across a client's content library over time
What We're Looking For
• Strong command of the Adobe Suite (After Effects is a major plus)
• A real eye for rhythm and retention - you understand why a short-form video holds attention, not just how to assemble it
• Fluency in the language of social media: trends, formats, pacing, sound
• Reliability under deadline with multiple accounts running in parallel
• A portfolio or reel that shows short-form work (branded content strongly preferred)
Nice to Have
• 3D / Cinema 4D / Blender
• Motion design and kinetic typography
Compensation
$1,700 - $2,000 USD / month. This is a full-time, remote position engaged as an independent contractor.

• Direct experience on recognized international brand accounts
Additional Requirements
• Availability: full-time
• Setup: your own computer capable of handling 4K editing, plus stable high-speed internet
• Communication: professional English required (Spanish is a plus, not required)
• Reliability: consistent daily delivery and responsiveness on Slack during working hours
• Trial: shortlisted candidates will complete a paid editing test using real client footage before final selection
While this role is remote and open globally, we are prioritizing candidates based in LATAM and Spain.
