More than a job: a mission We’re looking for a Software V&V; Team Leader to drive verification, validation and testing activities across complex signalling and software programs. This is high-impact engineering – ensuring safety, quality, and reliability in critical rail infrastructure. Your role, your impact Define and deploy the Program Verification & Validation strategy and plan Lead verification, integration and test activities across software, product and system levels Drive the transition from manual to automated testing (Cucumber, JMeter, Postman, Test Complete) Coordinate cross-functional teams (Security Signalling, Product Architecture, Development Centers) Manage configuration, change control and requirement traceability Oversee test execution, reporting, risks and issue management Define and follow up test environments, test benches and analysis tools Represent Alstom towards customers, providing visibility on V&V; progress and risks Lead the V&V; team and manage subcontractors and work packages Ensure independence between verification and design activities You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, system, and security domains - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. What you bring Experience in verification & validation, testing,



integration or system engineering Strong knowledge of test automation strategies and tools (e.G.
