Description and LocationWe are looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant with solid technical foundations and hands‑on experience in security operations, risk management, and the implementation of cybersecurity controls across IT environments.
The idóneo candidate will support clients in improving their security posture, identifying risks, and implementing best‑practice security solutions aligned with business needs.
Participate in an on‑call support rotation outside standard business hours (approximately one week per month) to provide incident response and operational cybersecurity support when required.
Support the definition and improvement of security policies, procedures, and operational processes.
Collaborate with IT, DevOps, Cloud, and business teams to integrate security‑by‑design principles.
Assist in compliance and audit‑related activities (e.G., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and recommendations for internal teams and clients.
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, risk management, compliance, or related roles.
Strong understanding of Core Cybersecurity Concepts.
Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non‑technical stakeholders.
Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation outside business hours (approximately one week per month).
University degree in a technical field, such as:
Computer Science
Telecommunications Engineering
Information Systems
Or equivalent technical studies
This position requires an English level of at least B2 and a Catalan level of C1/C2.
Certifications (Nice to Have)At least one cybersecurity-related certification, such as:
Security+
CEH
CCSP, CISSP (Junior/Associate level also acceptable)
Cloud security certifications are a plus.
Participation in an on‑call rotation outside standard business hours is required (approximately one week per month).
