Job DescriptionYou will join the
Supply team, a business unit of 10 people that is organized by markets. Your missions will support the Supply team in delivering high‑quality service to partners (private and professional boat owners).
Missions
Onboard new partners (80%)
– Assist partners who register on Click&Boat; throughout the creation of their boat listings (ads, pictures, platform tutorial) and monitor the performance of your portfolio.
Account management (20%)
– Help partners maximize the potential of their accounts (update ads, keep calendars up to date) and enhance engagement by answering questions related to platform use.
Monthly side operations
– Participate in market research and contribute to BU weekly/monthly presentations as business needs require.
Qualifications
Native or bilingual in Spanish and fluent in English.
Ideally a first experience (internship or student/summer job) in a customer‑facing role.
Dynamic, friendly on the phone,



enjoys advising and prioritizes customer satisfaction.
Team player who inspires trust, ready to take initiatives and battle for user satisfaction.
Proactive, shares ideas, open to improving services.
Interest in Click&Boat; product and the boating industry is a plus.

Contract Details
Full‑time permanent contract.
Start date: 12th of January or 2nd of March 2026.
Duration: 6 to 8 months.
