This is a strategic leadership role where you will drive quality excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across a complex, multinational matrix organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the regional quality strategy aligned with business objectivesLead Quality & Continuous Improvement teams across EMEA plants and EPCDrive customer satisfaction improvements and reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)Act as primary escalation point for key customer quality issuesLead site audits, assessments, and quality system deploymentEnsure consistency in quality standards, processes, and best practices across sitesOversee ISO certifications and core quality documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans, SWIs)Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives and continuous improvement programsCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Product ManagementBuild, coach, and develop high-performing, diverse quality teamsExperienceExperience 8+ years in quality, engineering, or operations roles in industrial/manufacturing environments.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in international/matrix organizations Strong experience in quality management systems and compliance Proven track record in continuous improvement and Lean/Six Sigma projects.Technical & Functional SkillsDeep knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (8D, FMEA, SPC,
