When riders push our bikes to the limit, you'll be there to make sure the experience is flawless.
When dealers face a challenge, you'll provide them with knowledge, tools, and confidence.You'll bridge the gap between engineering brilliance and real-world use.What You'll DoBe the first line of defense for our customers and dealers, solving mechanical,electrical, and software issues.Diagnose problems remotely,



often in real-time, guiding users through solutions step by step.Turn complex engineering into simple, actionable instructions.Keep our general dealer network sharp with the latest updates, bulletins, and insights.Collaborate with engineering, service, and quality teams, feeding back what you learn in the field so the bikes keep getting better.Document, analyze, and improve, so the next problem is solved even faster.Focus on the German market as the reference native speaker.Establishing relationships with dealers and helping customers in their own language is key to customer satisfaction.What you will bring to StarkExperience in technical support, motorcycle mechanics, or automotive diagnostics.A strong understanding of mechanics, electrical systems, and diagnostic tools.The ability to turn frustration into confidence by communicating clearly and calmly.Fluent English (mandatory) and German.
