Requirements
- Previous experience in rental management or similar roles in the real estate sector.
- Knowledge of CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in Spanish, English and another languages such as German, French, Dutch, Polish or Russian.
- Knowledge of local rental legislation.
- Driving licence and availability to travel within the area.
