Roka is a contemporary Japanese robatayaki restaurant, celebrated for its dynamic open‑grill cooking and vibrant atmosphere. Located in the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel, along the Balearic Island’s east coast, Roka Mallorca offers diners a seasonal, alfresco pop‑up of lazy summer evenings, beautiful dishes, creative cocktails, and live DJs. Local ingredients are featured in Roka’s signature robatayaki cuisine to create a menu that can’t be experienced anywhere else.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Provide warm, efficient service that enhances guest satisfaction
- Keep the pass area organized and monitor tables to anticipate service needs
- Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring a seamless experience
- Set up the restaurant to standards and follow cleaning routines to maintain a welcoming atmosphere




- Stay informed about the menu and products to confidently assist guests
