Overview As Director of the European Adaptation Hub, you will lead a dynamic production operation delivering content adaptation services across multiple European markets for a major international client. This role ensures the Hub operates efficiently, delivering high-quality production solutions while driving consistency, collaboration and continuous improvement across markets. You will combine hands‑on operational leadership with a strategic mindset, helping evolve the production model through best practices, technology, automation and data‑driven decision making. Working closely with local markets, client stakeholders and internal teams, you will contribute to the ongoing development of a scalable and AI future‑ready production ecosystem. Responsibilities Hub Operations Management You will work closely with local markets, client stakeholders and production teams to ensure full visibility of activities, priorities and delivery needs across the adaptation ecosystem. Coordinate adaptation production across multiple channels, including digital, social, CRM, print and video, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. Oversee day‑to‑day Hub operations, supporting resource planning, workload management and production prioritisation across markets. Ensure processes, workflows and governance frameworks are consistently applied, promoting efficient and scalable ways of working. Monitor operational performance through KPIs and reporting, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and delivery effectiveness. Budget tracker ownership, forecasting and operational planning activities in partnership with local agency stakeholders. Model Development & Innovation You will contribute to the continuous evolution of the Adaptation Hub model, helping identify opportunities to improve performance and expand capabilities. Promote the adoption of production best practices,
standardised workflows and collaborative ways of working across markets. Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI and technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and scalability. Support the implementation and adoption of production tools, platforms and new capabilities across the Hub. Share learnings, recommendations and improvement initiatives based on operational insights, market feedback and business needs. Local Client Management (local agencies) You will build trusted relationships with local agency stakeholders across different markets, acting as a key operational partner and advisor. You will ensure business priorities are clearly understood and translated into production plans, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve delivery, collaboration and overall value provided by the Hub. Besides, you will build a reliable relationship with final ES client to conduct them with their origination requests, allocating them under the respective studios, assigning a responsable producer for the task tranfering the client knowledge & learnings. International Coordination You will act as one of the key points of contact between central stakeholders, local markets and production teams. You will support the onboarding and engagement of markets within the Hub model, ensuring priorities, objectives and ways of working are consistently understood and applied across regions. Regular interaction with international stakeholders will be a key part of the role. Qualifications Strong production, project management or operations experience within marketing, content or creative environments. Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, projects and priorities across different teams and markets. Good understanding of content production, adaptation workflows and campaign delivery across channels. Interest in production innovation, automation and AI-driven ways of working. Strong communication, relationship-building and influencing skills. Comfortable working in complex and fast‑paced environments, balancing operational execution with strategic thinking.
