THE OPPORTUNITY This is an opportunity to build and shape the Legal & Compliance function of a fast-growing technology company. As our Legal & Compliance Manager, you'll work closely with Leadership and partner with teams across Commercial, Operations and Quality to support strategic decisions, manage legal risk and ensure the business continues to grow responsibly. You'll combine hands-on legal work with strategic thinking, helping the company navigate commercial opportunities, international expansion and regulatory requirements while building scalable processes for the future. HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT Legal Lead Navi Lens' legal function, acting as the main point of contact for legal matters across the business. Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with customers, distributors, partners and suppliers. Partner with the Commercial team throughout the sales cycle, supporting contract negotiations and helping close commercial opportunities. Review public and private tenders, identifying legal requirements, contractual risks and opportunities. Advise on commercial law, corporate matters, data protection, intellectual property, confidentiality and other legal topics related to the company's activities. Support Navi Lens' international expansion by adapting legal documentation and coordinating with external counsel where required. Compliance & Quality Lead the company's Compliance programme, ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and promoting a strong culture of compliance. Develop,



review and maintain internal policies, procedures and governance documentation. Support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of quality certifications and management systems. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and certification requirements across the organisation. Identify legal and compliance risks early, proposing practical solutions that enable the business to move forward safely and efficiently. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone who combines strong legal expertise with a practical, business-oriented mindset and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Ideally, you'll bring: 5+ years of experience in an in-house legal role or a law firm with a strong focus on commercial law. Solid experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements. Experience supporting commercial teams and participating in contract negotiations. Knowledge of Compliance programmes and corporate governance. Experience reviewing public tenders or public procurement documentation is a plus. Experience supporting quality management systems or certifications (ISO or similar) is a plus. Professional fluency in English (written and spoken). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively and make pragmatic decisions.
