What You’ll Do Own the Core Domain Model: design and evolve backend services that define benefits, ensuring the model stays clean, consistent, and extensible. Tame Business Complexity: translate regulatory and business rules into robust, maintainable code. Build for Consistency at Scale: design systems with data integrity across multi‑tenant configurations and concurrent transactions. Drive Product Velocity Without Cutting Corners: deliver new benefit types and market expansions at speed while avoiding technical debt. Write comprehensive tests that encode business rules, ensuring reliable quality. Operate and observe the domain: monitor health in production, build dashboards and alerts to detect issues early. Experience building medium/large‑scale web applications and distributed systems. Experience operating services in a production environment. A systematic problem‑solving approach. Proficiency in unit, integration, functional, and end‑to‑end testing. Passion to learn from feedback and help others improve their code. Languages Fluent in Spanish and English.
