As Senior Manager - Data & AI Quality, you will lead the development and adoption of enterprise-wide data and AI quality practices across Symrise. You will ensure data and AI assets remain reliable, high-quality, and supported by effective governance and remediation processes. Working across business and technology teams, you will drive quality standards and strengthen the foundation for trusted, data-driven decision‑making across the organization.
Responsibilities
Lead and drive enterprise-wide Data & AI Quality initiatives across business domains
Define and implement quality frameworks, standards, and best practices
Establish and improve processes for monitoring, remediation, and continuous quality improvement
Ensure data and AI assets meet quality, consistency, and governance requirements
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align quality initiatives with strategic priorities
Drive adoption of enterprise quality standards and governance practices
Monitor quality maturity and identify opportunities for improvement
Support automation and AI-driven approaches to enhance quality processes
Act as a trusted advisor on data and AI quality topics across the organization
You are passionate about creating trusted, high-quality data and AI environments that enable better business decisions. You enjoy solving complex challenges, driving improvements, and collaborating across teams to create meaningful impact.
You also bring
Strong understanding of quality frameworks, controls, and governance principles
Experience leading enterprise-wide or cross-functional initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills




Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
Experience driving process improvements and organizational change
Passion for data-driven transformation and continuous improvement
Fluent English skills;
additional languages are a plus
