Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant
Location: Remote (Europe)
Salary: Up to €50,000 + benefits, depending on experience
I’m currently working with a well-respected Microsoft Partner that is looking to hire a Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid D365 Business Central / NAV support experience who enjoys working closely with customers, solving problems, and helping businesses get the most out of their ERP system.
You’ll be joining an established partner environment, supporting a range of clients and playing a key role in delivering a high-quality service across day-to-day support, issue resolution, and system improvement.
The role will involve:
Providing functional support for Dynamics 365 Business Central
Investigating and resolving user issues across finance, operations, and related modules
Managing support tickets and ensuring timely resolutionWorking closely with customers to understand issues and provide effective solutions
Supporting system improvements, upgrades, and general optimisation




Liaising with internal teams including consultants and developers where needed
Delivering a high standard of customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
The client is looking for someone with:
Must have previous experience supporting Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
Strong understanding of ERP support processes
Good knowledge of finance, supply chain, or operational workflows within Business Central
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
The ability to work independently in a remote environment
Microsoft Partner experience would be an advantage
