Holcim is driving the transition to sustainable building—and our People strategy is key to powering that growth. As the Global People Analytics Lead, you will act as the architect of our fact-based workforce narrative, transforming traditional, descriptive HR reporting into a predictive business engine that directly influences C-suite decision-making.
Acting as the critical bridge between data engineering and executive execution, you will partner across global People leaders, Finance, and regional teams to democratize workforce data, integrate AI‑driven intelligence, and de‑risk our general growth strategy. Relocation support provided for Kosice and Mumbai.
Main Responsibilities
1. Strategic Insights & Predictive Modeling
Beyond the Dashboard: Interrogate complex workforce data to deliver predictive insights on net bench strength, workforce aging impacts, and talent retention.
Executive Storytelling: Translate complex statistical outputs into compelling, executive‑level business cases that drive fact‑based strategic decisions.
2. Systems, AI & Governance
AI Transformation: Partner with HRIS and IT to drive smart, AI‑driven analytics tools,
replacing manual Excel trackers with self‑service Business Intelligence.
Fiduciary Data Integrity: Maintain a bulletproof single source of truth globally, leading data validation for critical governance frameworks (CSRD, ESG, Annual Reports).
Your Profile
Education & Experience
University degree in Business Analytics, Data Science (preferred), Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or a quantitative field.
5–8+ years of experience in reporting, workforce analytics, or business intelligence, ideally within a complex, global matrix organization.
Technical & Functional Skills
BI & HR Systems: Deep expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and enterprise HR systems ( SuccessFactors preferred).
Data Modeling: Proven ability to build scalable data models, audit data integrity, and interrogate the "why" behind the numbers.
Proactive Mindset: Entrepreneurial approach to spotting data anomalies and bringing proactive solutions to the table before issues arise.
Mobility & Languages
Languages: Business English fluency required;
French, German, or Spanish is a strong plus.
Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally up 20% .
