If you are a commercially minded professional who enjoys customer interaction, coordination, analysis, and operational excellence, this could be the perfect opportunity for you .As an Internal Sales Speciali st, you will play a key role in supporting commercial operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating closely with Sales, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal department s.Roles & Responsabiliti es:Manage full customer service processes accurately and efficiently (order processing, invoic ing,risk management, forecasting, account receivables, etc. Update and maintain customer pricing conditions and commercial data Manage customer records and information within internal sys tems Support rappel management and commercial agreements follo w-up Coordinate product supply and order availability with internal departments (Product ion, Logistics, Purchasing, Finance, and Sustainability a rea)Collaborate closely with External Sales and Cross-Functional T eams Provide commercial and administrative support to custo mers Ensure smooth communication between customers, production, logistics, and finance t eams Monitor delivery timelines, customer requirements, and service le vels Prepare reports, sales documentation, and commercial follow-up informa tion Support continuous improvement of internal sales processes and customer ser viceCompeten cies:Minimum 5 years of experience in Internal Sales,
