You will take a proactive and consultative approach, helping clients navigate complex healthcare solutions and delivering value through tailored strategies that support both cost control and improved health outcomes. Managing a portfolio of large, multinational clients, you will lead renewal activity, identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts,



and help expand adoption of products and services. You will use data and insights to guide conversations, address challenges, and enhance client experience, while collaborating cross-functionally to resolve complex issues and continuously improve service delivery. This role offers a high level of autonomy, allowing you to apply your expertise, judgement, and commercial acumen to shape best practices and influence client management strategies.
